  1. How do I make a purchase?
    1. Click on the item to view available colours and sizes (if applicable). Scroll through the drop-list to view all colours and sizes. Launch the photobook option to view all photos of the product.
    2. Choose the colour and size (if applicable) that you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Cart". This will lead you to your shopping cart summary. You can either choose to continue shopping, or view cart to make payment for the chosen piece(s).If you wish to add more items to your shopping cart, please repeat steps (1) and (2).
    3. Click on "Checkout" once you've finalized your orders.
    4. Please enter your Contact information » billing address » Choose your shipping method » then choose your payment method.
    5. If you are choosing the bank transfer method, please click confirm order after that and fill in your particulars (if you are not a member), then transfer the amount to our Bank within 24 hrs. Thank you!
    6. For credit card/debit card payment method, please click checkout and then proceed to fill in your particulars (if you are not a member), then proceed to fill in your credit card details in Paypal.
    7. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been made and verified and when your order has been shipped out.
    8. Thank you for shopping with Rollipolly. You will receive your merchandises in 3-5 working days (for Local Mails).
  2. Do I need to sign up for an account in order to purchase?

    Yes, we would require you to set up an account with us before any purchases can be made.

  3. How do I pay for my order?

    There are 2 payment methods available, please choose one that will help ease your transaction.

      All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by Rollipolly.
      *All prices on our site are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), therefore charges will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  4. Can I amend or change my order after my order is confirmed?
    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it isn't possible for you to amend or cancel your order.

    Yes, we do take orders from all overseas countries. Please refer to our shipping information page for more information.
